Lala-landers

my back is aching!!!! i just tried the forward flip thing and it did not turn out so well...just like yesterday
i fell on my knees yesterday and just now i fell on my back!!!

TODAY I WENT TO SUPPORT JONNYPAD AND DUCK'S COMPETITION!!!!! THEY DID QUITE WELL!!! ESPECIALLY DUCK!!!!
then we played around the stadium while watching the rest of the competitors...the male changquan damn pro lah!!!!
then we walked coach out...then order milkshake from macdonalds....jonnypad get for FREE loh...not fair!!!
