today during assembly period we presented our CDP class project!!!!!!then some of the girls dance the different races that dance...it was DAMN FUN!!!!! but i made mistake leh!!!! during the indian dance that part....soooo difficult to coordinate the hands and the legs....
then the last part we do SPLIT!!!!! then i bend back with to much force....my back was damn pain!!!!!! AAHHH!!!!! next time must warm up properly....
i dunno why i feel so frustrated now!!!!! for no reason.....
